Patch notes: complaint system and client legend update

Development requires bold changes. At Space TMS, we are aware of that, so having consulted with our users, we introduced some new features. They will certainly prove useful to you!
Sometimes a client is not fully satisfied with the service received. Even the best translation agencies come across such situations. Everyone makes their greatest effort to alleviate the situation and satisfy the customer as much as possible. In such situations, Space TMS comes in handy. Thanks to the possibility to mark an order as a complaint, the agency can see unbiased statistics, analyse the problem and learn a lesson for the future. This is a very important feature, but we hope you won’t have to use it very often.
From now on, it will also be much easier to check legends of orders executed for a given client. The current view matches the one in “Orders” tab. Consequently, the interface is much more coherent and legible, which will improve the UX of Space TMS.
We are proudly introducing new changes to Space TMS. As we grow, we can deliver a better and more functional product. After all, the best thing for a software designer is customer satisfaction.
